Refunds or Returns (India)

For our valued customers in India, we accept returns exclusively for damaged/defective items or those significantly deviating from the online description. Please initiate return requests within 48 hours of the delivery date through My Account. Provide clear images of damaged/defective items for better assessment. Items should be returned within 7 working days to the warehouse address, noting that shipping costs are not covered by the company. Guest users may request returns within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing [email protected]. We disclaim responsibility for goods damaged in transit; any issues should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition

When returning a product, ensure it is in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Returned products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timeline

For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be initiated within a maximum of 35 days after receiving the return in-store. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.

Product Care

While our products are dispatched with careful consideration, we acknowledge that shipping may affect product ironing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising during shipping. Given that many items are hand-embroidered and fragile in their usage, beading/sequence displacement may occur due to the nature of the work. We encourage you to wear these garments with care.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Products

Certain items, including custom-made orders, altered items, stitched clothing, plus-size items, special delivery orders, men's wear, kid's wear, Sarees stitched with Custom Blouse or petticoat, Lehenga Cholis if the blouse/choli or lehenga has been custom stitched, and accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange

If you desire to exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, we can facilitate this if the item is in stock. Any excess amount will be charged, and we will contact you for additional payment. Please provide your principal contact number for this purpose. While we are happy to exchange goods, postage charges are applicable, and we do not guarantee the availability of all sizes and colors for exchanges.
